The bouncing takes a while to get used to. And that shrine is definitely one of the most frustrating to get to it took me a lot of practice. For the bouncing on tents it takes time to build up momentum to be able to jump high enough. And relying on the air drifts really helps. I found a walkthrough for how to get up there that helped.
