The rate of fire is hardcapped for each bullet. Fire rate controls how fast you can fire BUT OH WAIT, that's hardcapped to limit macro spam. So the max RoF you can achieve is 10.0 on the Burston Prime.

ive been hearing rumers that burston prime has been given. it's quite good, one of the best primaries, and works particularly well with energized munitions. it performs about the same as kuva hind. high disposition works very well in it's favor. there isn't much point in using it without a riven, but good rivens for it are incredibly cheap.
