Nov 10, 2015 · Hi, I own a 2013 Cadillac XTS and ever since I got it, I experienced no problems with the CUE system until a few days ago when all of a sudden the lower half of the screen is totally unresponsive (I touch it, nothing!). Motion sensors appear to work just fine. I tried the unplugging of the battery thing, nothing. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.

I have a 2013 cadillac srx replaced the cue at cadillac dealer $ 1400.00 it went out again. Cadillac didn’t warrant the original and the replacement went out 45 days after warranty they want $ 1400.00 more to fix the problem again .I would like to join your class action lawsuit.
