FCR. If the Lectron was good you'd see reviews of them all over. You aren't going to make any more power with either over a properly jetted stock carb. The FCR will give you that extra snap vs stock due to it's pumper circuit which the Lectron does not have. 3.

This has been made fairly easy on the FCR, so with some practice it should be an easy job. The DRZ E came with this carb, so the engine does well with it. Same experience here. Great drag race carb where max airflow is important, but a real PITA carb when you have lots of throttle transitions. A well tuned FCR is really tough to beat.
