2024 L5P throttle response issues. I just bought a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4 w/ Duramax. When leaving a stop light there is a slight shutter on acceleration. Is This normal? I assume dp is differential pressure sensor. The transmission will shift normally up to the gear you have selected in Manual. In other words, if in M5 it will shift normally up to 5th gear and not go into 6th. They tell us to never use 6th while towing heavy. Keep the RPMs between 1800 and 2400 and it will stay the coolest, with around 2200 being the best.
