i use xbox controller. nope, you can't customize system button bindings. you can imagine my disorient when i press B to confirm. I have been using ps5 controller on PGR through an emulator and now on pc client as well. I pretty much ignore all the system bindings, and just use mouse for those minor things like clicking through menus.

With pgr it may blinking once for every 3-8 min while other game just randomly blinking once or twice for hours. I believe this one is driver issue that not really compatible with the pgr client.
