The Revision Sequence will be tied to the custom definition by the formula. Then you hide the actual Revision Number, and show "Rev #" in the schedule, instead. Revit stores the basic length unit in feet, regardless of the project's specified unit of measurement. This means that almost all dimensions have significant rounding errors. Set the view to hidden line. Turn off the override on the walls all together. Then go in the material editor and set the walls core layer Material to have a solid gray hatch as the cut pattern. It will save you time when creating it the first time and heartache when making changes.Go into the dimension edit mode and turn the text background to transparent. I can use fine and get around it with no problem. I then downloaded the 2013 version which I found is all three combined. I have no teaching in training in Structure or MEP or Family.
