Well, in the past I've written down which headparts, tints, scars, etc. the preset uses (could probably do this via .npc, now that I think about it), export the face as nif in racemenu, give the NPC the right headparts etc. in CK, export facegen, locate exported racemenu nif, rename it to match the facegen nif and replace the facegen nif with ...
