Short answer: no, you can't. I've been wanting to emulate Amiibos using NFC Tools Pro's emulate feature (and I'm sure others also wanted to), but it will not work, no matter what you do. I've even contacted Wakdev support page and this is what they had to say for themselves: No sorry, it's not possible with NFC Tools.
