Looking to get into the 2011 world and wanting the option to carry more comfortably, I am very interested in the C2. However, wondering if the Limited edition version would be good for carry or not. Barrel being threaded makes it 4.5" vs 3.9" (not so compact, but may shoot better) and the trigger pull is lighter at 2.5 lb vs 4 lb.

But the real point is that's the price point of any solid 1911 or 2011. We've gotten used to glocks, sigs, S&W, etc and they're all typically $700 or less. But if you want a halfway decent 1911 you're spending 1500 at minimum. I can get the XC for about $1200 dollars cheaper vs the Nighthawk set up with the IOS and a few custom options.
