I see both "60fps_totk" and "DynamicFPSv1.3" in the Add-Ons section and both are enabled, using Vulkan, GPU is set to High, Vsync is disabled, and Use Fast GPU Time is disabled, yet my game is reporting a locked 30 FPS and unlocking the Speed Percent causes 60 fps and 2x speed. What might I be missing for these ...
