I attempted starting my vehicle today, with no luck. The engine cranks, but won't turn over. Every few seconds, it will stutter like it's trying to fire up. I have already tested: Battery is relatively new and has good voltage. The car is cranking well, so I suspect it isn't electrical. You will need either a test light or a meter to check that; connected the clip end of the test light or the black probe of the meter (set to DC voltage) to the negative terminal of the battery, just test the fuses in the fuse box with the key on.
