Upper Town or Haute-Ville is a beautiful part of Quebec. There are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as tourist and other shops to keep visitors happy. It is a very clean city and one can never get tired of walking around and visiting various sites. Visited August 2023. Traveled as a couple.
