Yeah, just like how you can hover a public event and see that it says it gives rare gear, you can see the vex offensive happening and it will say that it drops exotic gear, up to five minutes before it happens just like a public event.For my fellow titan mains, those are 6 and a half hour and 10 hour gaps respectively.
